A perfect side dish shined with bacon’s irresistible aroma, apple’s fruitiness and crisp texture. It’s very easy to cook too! Perfect for Christmas or parties.
This recipe is adapted from Jamie Oliver’s best-ever Brussels sprouts.
What I’ve Changed…
- Pork sausages → Bacon, reduced quantity
- Sage → Dill
- Worcestershire sauce → Soy sauce + balsamic vinegar + sugar
When there is no ABC material in hand, you have to find a way to make up with DEF material. There is no formula for cooking. And it’s not a bad idea to use similar ingredients when you need it, as long as you enjoy cooking and eating.
I served this delicious Brussels sprouts side dish with a quick-to-cook Prawn Rocket Spaghetti.
