A memo from a Coursera online course – Positive Psychology. Professor Martin Seligman suggests PERMA is the 5 elements of Well-being.

Especially R:Relationship, is a key. I remember I’ve watched this TED Talk – What makes a good life?

The short answer – a good relationship builds a good life.

It reminds me how close are Curry Boy and his family, not only direct family, but also uncles, aunties and cousins. They maybe not wealthy, not owning as much as we do, and living in a developing country, but they are happy.

And for me, still searching for the M. To learn is to live. The only way to find my meaningful purpose in life.
