Most of the time, I cook Chinese food for dinner. Multiple burners are required, then comes with oily smoke and a lot of cleaning work. And then I start cooking more Western food since I have experienced the convenience of it: Grill a fish steak, serve with a salad or roasted vegetables, plus some crusty bread, done. But what kind of sauce to serve often puzzled me, until I learnt this versatile sauce made with only 3 ingredients.
3 Ingredients:Yogurt, Mustard and Honey
You only need 3 ingredients to make this sauce: plain yogurt, mustard and honey.
The recipe I refer to is 125ml of plain yogurt + 2 tsp mustard + 1 tbsp honey + salt + chives. I omitted the salt and chives.
The biggest advantage of this sauce is that the ingredients are simple and most probably you already have them on hand. No need to cook, just mix and stir. You can make it in less than a minute.
