This versatile sauce is learned from a Japanese cookbook called ‘素材よろこぶ 調味料の便利帳’.
It’s recommended to pair with a cold dish like mushrooms and tuna mixed(ツナ缶ときのこ和え),or as a salad dressing. I used this versatile sauce to serve with grilled white fish or roasted vegetables.
This recipe is enough for 2 as a dipping sauce: In a small bowl, mix 40 g mayonnaise, ½ tbsp honey and ½ tbsp sesame paste together.
