A humble and homey lettuce dish to enjoy with rice. No stir-fry, only blanching and cook a garlicky sauce in the simplest way.
Romaine Lettuce is the BEST
In this recipe, any lettuce will work, but I think Romaine lettuce is the ideal choice. Romaine lettuce has an advantage over other lettuces — it’s more resistant to rotting, not turning yellow easily, and it’s still crunchy even after a hot bath.
