A versatile sauce requires no cooking.
Recently, I cook more Western food because I have experienced the convenience of Western food. For example, grill a fish steak and serve with salad or roasted vegetables, plus some baguettes if you like.
Chinese food is different. Most of the time, multiple burners are required, then comes with oily smoke and a lot of cleaning work. But what kind of sauce should be served with Western food has become a new challenge for me.
Luckily, I saw a very versatile sauce with only 3 ingredients. It was delicious, so I want to introduce it to you.
3 Ingredients:Yogurt, Mustard, Honey
You only need 3 ingredients to make this sauce: plain yogurt, mustard and honey.
The recipe I refer to is 125ml of plain yogurt + 2 tsp of French mustard + 1 tbsp honey + salt + chives. I omitted the salt and chives.
The biggest advantage of this sauce is that the ingredients are simple and most probably you’re already have them on hand, no need to cook, just stir! You can make it in less than a minute.
