With the unbeatable Google rating and British restaurant critics, Caper and Cure caught my attention months before I moved to the UK. It’s the first Sunday roast I had. Now, one year has past, it is still my top choice of Sunday roast in Bristol.
Look at these photos!

I LOVE the presentation of the food was so photogenic, as you can see the nicely popped Yorkshire pudding sitting on a crispy crackling pork belly, and loads of colourful veggies to accompany, which ticked a big box.
The pork belly was quite a succulent meal – the melting fat and crunchy pork skin, reminded me of HK style classic roasted pork. It’s even better.
Overall, Caper and Cure offers perfect taste with generous size and a reasonable price. Remember to make a reservation as they are always full.
