- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Steamed Fish Sauce
- 1 ½ tsp black bean garlic sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp tapioca/corn starch
- 1 tbsp water
Viet Aubergine
- 1 tbsp black bean garlic sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
Sweet and Sour
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp wine vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- black pepper
Asian Noodle Soup
- 5 cm cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 800 ml chicken stock
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
